STUDIO POLICY
Pre-arrival information
Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before your scheduled class start time.
This allows us to prepare the studio safely and avoid overcrowding.
Teaching staff
Group classes
Our group classes are taught by experienced instructors. While we aim for consistency, we cannot guarantee the same teacher for every session. Instructor changes, including last-minute substitutions, may occasionally be necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
Private classes
For private sessions, the instructor you book will teach your class, ensuring a consistent and personalised experience.
We will always try to communicate any changes in advance where possible.
By attending classes at Hemera, you acknowledge and accept that instructor changes may occur for group classes.
Late policy
Please arrive on time.
If you arrive late:
-
You will not be permitted to join the class
-
You will not be able to transfer to another session
-
The class will not be refunded
This is a safety issue and helps ensure a smooth experience for both instructors and other students.
You are welcome to arrive up to 10 minutes early so you are dressed and ready to begin at the scheduled start time.
Cancellation policy
Hemera operates a 24-hour cancellation policy.
If you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled class, the credit will be returned to your account and can be used for a future booking.
If you cancel within 24 hours of the class start time, the credit will be forfeited and cannot be transferred or rescheduled.
Classes missed due to illness, injury, pregnancy, personal or professional commitments or unforeseen circumstances are not eligible for credit, transfer or rescheduling without the required notice.
Refunds and transfers
All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Please ensure you are aware of class expiry dates and membership terms at the time of purchase. All sessions must be used before their expiration date.
We are unable to extend expiry dates under any circumstances.
Health and safety
Pole fitness is a physical activity. Please inform your instructor of any injuries, medical conditions or pregnancy before attending class.
If you are unsure whether pole fitness is suitable for you, we recommend consulting a healthcare professional prior to booking.
Studio etiquette
We ask all students to treat instructors, staff and fellow students with respect. Harassment, disruptive behaviour or unsafe conduct will not be tolerated and may result in removal from class without refund.
