If you’ve been thinking about trying pole but don’t know where to start, this is it.
Our beginner pathway is designed for real beginners, no strength, no flexibility, no dance background required.

You’ll learn the basics properly, build confidence fast and actually enjoy the process, without feeling thrown in at the deep end.

No experience required. Confidence optional (we’ll help with that).
