Pole fitness beginners

New to pole

Designed for complete beginners and first-timers. Learn basic spins, transitions, floorwork and sits while building confidence and strength in a supportive, welcoming environment.

PRE-INTERMEDIATE POLE FITNESS

Strong beginners

For students who can climb the pole and are ready to work towards inverts, leg hangs and longer combinations. Focus on strength, conditioning and technical foundations to prepare you for the next stage.

Intermediate & advanced pole fitness

Experienced students

Challenging pole fitness classes focusing on strength, aerial inverts, shoulder mounts, advanced tricks and longer combinations. Suitable for students confident with foundations and ready to push further.

SPINNING POLE

Dynamic pole training

Explore the fluidity and challenge of spinning pole. Classes focus on control, transitions, spins and combinations, with options suitable for confident beginners through to advanced students. Some sessions may include heels-based training.

POLE FLOW & CHOREOGRAPHY

Movement & expression

Flow-based classes designed to improve musicality, confidence and smooth transitions around the pole. Expect choreography, creative movement and expressive sequences. Heels are optional.

Support your pole training

Stretching and mobility classes focusing on splits, hip opening and active range of movement. Designed to support pole training, improve flexibility and reduce injury risk.

New to pole? This is where you start.

Beginner pole fitness, 6-week course

New to pole and want a proper introduction, not a one-off dabble?
This 6-week course is designed for complete beginners who want structure, consistency and real progress.

You’ll train at the same time each week, with the same group, learning the foundations of pole fitness step by step. No rushing. No pressure. Just solid teaching, steady progress and plenty of encouragement along the way.

What’s included
  • 6 consecutive weeks, same day, same time

  • 3 static pole classes

  • 3 spinning pole classes

  • A small, supportive group learning together

Once you choose your start date, you’re automatically booked for all six weeks. No admin, no overthinking, just show up and move.
