All prices are per person. Class credits and memberships are subject to studio policies.
Your structured start to pole. This course is designed for complete beginners and takes you through the foundations step by step in a supportive, progressive way.
You’ll train once a week for six consecutive weeks, same time, same day, building strength, confidence and technique as you go. The course includes a mix of static and spinning pole, conditioning, basic moves and spins, so you leave with real skills, not guesswork.
